At St. Vincent Family Health Center (SVFHC) school sports physicals are covered retroactively if your child has had a well child visit in the past year at SVFHC (at provider discretion). Please inquire about your child’s recent well child visit when you schedule your appointment and bring your LCSD paperwork to the appointment.
