St. Vincent Health is hosting a community Health Fair on Saturday September 21, 2024, at St. Vincent Health.
Keeping with our community’s longstanding commitment to the health fair, we are offering free health screenings and low-cost bloodwork for participants.
We invite you to have a community table at the event. Please let me know your interest ASAP or by September 1st, 2024.
The fair will be on our medical campus at 822 and 816 W 4th Street in Leadville.
Though the fair is from 8am-12 pm we ask you to arrive at 7:00am for set up. Or 6:30am if you plan to have your blood drawn.
